About the RoleAs a Project Manager at Architeca Design Build Firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of multiple projects within the defined scope, time, and quality standards. With 6-7 years of experience, you will leverage your technical expertise, planning skills, and leadership abilities to manage a team of Site Engineers and contractors. Your role will also require strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and deliver exceptional results. Travel to various project sites will be a key part of the role.

- Take complete ownership of project delivery, ensuring it meets client expectations, is completed on time, and adheres to quality standards.

- Understand client needs and concerns, maintaining positive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of Site Engineers and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Excellence:
- Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring technical precision and seamless project execution.
- Adaptability and Flexibility:
- Be responsive to changes in client requirements, project conditions, or timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Project Planning ,Execution & Delivery:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring each activities, Milestones are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with the project manager/Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure all project phases are executed as per the approved plan.
- Responsible for delivering the project within the agreed timeline without compromising any quality and also snags free.
- Site Management:
- Manage and supervise site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and address potential delays or issues proactively, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Ensure clear, transparent communication with clients, offering solutions to challenges and managing expectations effectively.
- Quality Control and Standards Compliance:
- Ensure all work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality checks and final inspections, ensuring no defects or snags are left before handover.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead a team of site engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and proper task delegation.
- Provide mentorship and training to site engineers, enhancing their technical skills and fostering professional growth.
- Travel to Multiple Project Sites:
- Regularly travel to different project locations for site inspections, progress checks, and client meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are adhered to, even when managing multiple locations simultaneously.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including progress reports, changes, and site visit logs.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients as required.
- On-Time Delivery:
- Ensure 95% of projects are delivered on time, meeting agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.
- Quality Compliance:
- Achieve a 98% compliance rate with quality standards and client expectations.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on project completion and communication.
- Cost Control:
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, with less than a 1% variance.
- Team Performance:
- Ensure 90% of Site Engineers and contractors meet or exceed project-specific performance goals.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in construction or interior design projects.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams of engineers and contractors.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and such software is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
