Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer Merchandise position located in Surat. The Designer Merchandise role involves designing new jewelry collections, developing product concepts, and ensuring that all pieces reflect the brand's aesthetic and quality standards. Daily tasks include sketching designs, selecting materials, working with the production team, and staying updated with the latest jewelry trends. The role also requires coordinating with marketing teams to align product launches with promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Jewelry design, sketching, and CAD skills
  • Experience with material selection and knowledge of gold and diamonds
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Ability to work closely with production teams and ensure quality control
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in jewelry and fashion
  • Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or related field
  • Experience in the luxury jewelry industry is a plus
