About Us

We are a fast-paced startup building scalable, high-performance applications. We are looking for an

experienced QA Architect who can define testing strategies, ensure quality at scale, and enable continuous

delivery in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the QA strategy, test architecture, and frameworks across products.

Design and implement automation frameworks for web, API, and microservices testing.

Write and review extensive, detailed, and reusable test cases covering functional, integration, regression,

and end-to-end scenarios.

Drive test planning, design, execution, and reporting for complex systems.

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps to embed quality into CI/CD pipelines.

Define and enforce best practices for test automation, regression, performance, and security testing.

Mentor QA engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance.

Prepare and review test strategy documents, test plans, and traceability matrices.

Ensure product reliability, scalability, and high availability through rigorous validation.

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement in QA processes

Key Skills & Competencies

Manual Testing: Strong ability to write comprehensive test cases and scenarios ensuring complete test

coverage.

Automation Expertise: Hands-on with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / RestAssured / JUnit / TestNG.

API Testing: Strong experience in REST API validation and contract testing.

Performance & Load Testing: Tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.

Databases: Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis for validation and data-driven testing.

Cloud & Infrastructure: QA experience in AWS and Linux server environments.

CI/CD & DevOps: Strong in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar.

Microservices Testing: Experience with service-level and end-to-end testing in distributed systems.

Excellent documentation skills for test strategy, HLD/LLD for QA frameworks, and test case repositories.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

Containerized testing experience (Docker, Kubernetes).

Security and penetration testing basics.

Prior experience in product-based startup QA environments.
