Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager, located in Thane. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. They will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Additional tasks include administering HR programs, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech or finance industry is a plus
