Join us to build This is a pivotal role for an analytical self-starter ready to own the demand planning function for our high-growth travel accessories portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting:
Develop, execute, and continuously refine demand forecasts

for the assigned brand category and across all channels, using historical data, statistical models, and market intelligence

Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive a single, agreed-upon operational demand plan

Inventory Management:
Translate the demand forecast into optimal inventory targets, helping to maximize service levels while minimizing risk

Performance Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on core KPIs. Drive root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement

Process & Systems:
Maintain clean data and effective models that will form the foundational planning processes for our fast-growing business

Qualifications & Competencies:

Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years in Demand Planning or related roles

Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Excel/GSheets/Power BI; Experience with additional analytical tools would be an advantage

Experience
working with sophisticated systems (ERP, WMS, OMS)

Mindset:
A highly resourceful and proactive approach is essential. Must thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and be ready to adapt quickly
