Job Summary:

We are seeking candidates who have experience in construction supervision. With 3-5 years of proven expertise to oversee and drive the success of our real construction operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team, supervise, and ensure smooth business operations while fostering client satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of construction site employees, managers, engineers, contractors, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate project goals and progress updates and address challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, and ensure they align with company standards.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate property listings, marketing strategies, and successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Cross-checking of BOQs

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, , Construction Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing middle-scale projects from inception to completion.
