At Rigel Networks, we elevate businesses through cutting-edge Technology, Services, and Industry-Specific Solutions. As part of our growing finance team, we're looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who is experienced in US Accounting, including AR/AP, payroll, revenue management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Management

  • Track customer balances and manage collections.
  • Reconcile AR collections with bank deposits and invoices.
  • Handle customer billing inquiries and perform accurate revenue recognition.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Post vendor bills and reconcile them with purchase orders.
  • Process vendor payments and manage AP aging reports.
  • Resolve vendor disputes and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Banking & Reconciliations

  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper alignment of expense entries and statements.

Payroll & Labor Posting

  • Record payroll and deductions accurately.
  • Allocate labor costs to departments/jobs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll and taxation.

General Accounting

  • Post entries in QuickBooks (or similar systems) with real-time updates.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and cutoff controls.

Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports and financial statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and support management decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Track project costs vs. estimates.
  • Support cash flow forecasts and financial planning.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Support internal/external audits and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, especially in US-based accounting standards.
  • Strong command of QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliations, payroll, AR/AP, and tax filings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication for vendor/client handling.
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines.
