As a Manager – Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our organization's control performance and driving efficiency across regional units and functions.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Perform internal audit assignments as a team member, focusing on regional operations and processes
  • Identify relevant risks and evaluate process level controls through process mapping
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance processes
  • Identify control issues and improvement opportunities, and discuss them with mid/senior management
  • Document audit results, including internal control weaknesses and improvement opportunities
Candidate Qualifications
  • Location: Bangalore
  • CA qualified with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% of the time, with an expectation of 2 working weeks of travel in a month
  • Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in internal audit, statutory audit, process, and controls review, and risk management
