DP Executive

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process applications for demat accounts and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Assist clients with the dematerialization of physical shares into electronic form.
  • Monitor and ensure timely settlement of demat transactions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to demat services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of demat transactions and client interactions in the system.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
  • Generate reports on demat activities and present them to management as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 0-2 years' experience working in a role related to Operations.
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, proactivity and willingness to learn are a must
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
