Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting daily operational tasks for all verticals.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Handle client acquisition, daily follow-ups, email drafting, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
  • Prepare and manage reports, conduct analysis, and develop case studies as required.
  • Stay consistently updated through calls and messages; maintain active communication across LinkedIn, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.

Requirements
:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and productivity extensions.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
