Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist
for a
full-time Hybrid position
based in
New Delhi
.

This is a
mix profile
involving
data entry, lead generation, and support for hiring in the HR field
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately
    enter and update data
    in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Verify information, maintain
    data integrity

  • Assist the HR team with
    candidate sourcing and basic hiring support
    .
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc
    reports
    , responding to data or lead inquiries.

    of information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong
    typing speed
    and
    computer literacy
    (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
  • Good
    communication
    and
    customer service
    skills.
  • High level of
    accuracy, attention to detail
    , and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Freshers welcome
    ; prior data entry or lead generation experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    additional certifications
    in data entry or computer applications are advantageous.
