  • Deliver Deep understanding of cyber operations, SOC, threat intelligence, security automation, incident response, and business continuity.
  • Knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM/SOAR, EDR, NDR, Cloud Security Operations, etc.
  • Own and execute the growth strategy for Cyber Security Operations & Resilience services.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships across industries, advising on Cyber Defense, incident response, and cyber resilience.
  • Lead business development efforts, including opportunity identification, pursuit, and successful closure.
  • Act as a market thought leader via speaking engagements, publications, and media presence.
  • Guide technical delivery teams to provide best-in-class cyber operations frameworks, SOC capabilities, automation, and resilience strategies.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at strategic and operational levels with C-suite clients.
  • Strong track record of new client acquisition, business growth, and measurable client impact
  • Manage engagement profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop senior managers and managers within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years in Cyber Security, 5+ years in leadership roles within top services/consulting organizations.
  • Certifications: CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent expert-level certification(s).
  • Excellent communicator with experience in public speaking, media, and thought leadership
  • Deep hands-on expertise in threat & vulnerability management, security testing tools/methodologies, and secure application development practices.
  • Strong communication, client management, and team leadership skills.
