About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer with strong skills in both the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ) and Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidate must have strong backend fundamentals, API development experience, and a good understanding of system design principles. You will work on building scalable applications, integrating APIs, and contributing to the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using (Express) and Java Spring Boot.

  • Work with MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL for schema design and query optimization.

  • Implement authentication (JWT/OAuth), role-based access control, and security best practices.

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient backend code.

  • Frontend Development

  • Develop responsive UI using optional).

  • Integrate frontend with backend APIs.

  • Work with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional), Redux/Zustand/Recoil.

  • System Design & Architecture

  • Understand microservices, modular architecture, API gateways.

  • Knowledge of caching (Redis), load balancing, and scalability concepts.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning.

  • DevOps & Deployment

  • Hands-on experience using Git/GitHub/GitLab.

  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure (optional but preferred).

Required Skills

3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

Proficiency in:

  • MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express, React,

  • Java + Spring Boot

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs.

  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Java, OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms.

  • Experience with database design (MongoDB + SQL).

  • Ability to debug, test, and optimize code.

Good to Have

  • Experience with microservices.

  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ.

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS S3, EC2, RDS).

  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with ownership.
