We are looking for a qualified
Electrical Engineer
to join our team at the Patna location. The candidate will be responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) sets and related electrical systems, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, testing, and commissioning of DG sets and related electrical systems.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of DG sets, alternators, AMF/ATS panels, and associated control systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including wiring, control circuits, and protection systems.
  • Ensure optimal fuel efficiency and load management of DG sets.
  • Maintain logs, service reports, and documentation of breakdowns and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for spares procurement and technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support energy audits and suggest improvements for reliability and cost efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of DG sets (5 kVA – 2000 kVA) and electrical distribution systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AMF/ATS panels, synchronizing panels, and PLC-based controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in DG set operation & maintenance (service/O&M/utility environment).
  • Experience with multi-DG synchronization will be an added advantage.
