Dear Candidate,

We have a Job Opening for Executive/Technician MRD in Reputed Hospital at Ranchi.

Requirement Details:

  • Location: Ranchi
  • Designation: Executive/Technician MRD
  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
  • Qualification: Any degree, Diploma in (Medical Records Department)
  • Expected Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities:

  • Checking the daily midnight census prepared by the night duty staff
  • Enter the daily census into an Excel sheet and keep the printout.
  • Receiving all discharges/ death records from all the wards
  • Assembling the Inpatient case records in the form of an order of arrangement of the case sheets
  • Coding of IP records as per ICD-10.
  • Collecting death information from the wards and preparing death reports to be sent to the corporation with acknowledgment
