Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Banker located in Goraya Jalandhar. The Retail Banker will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Tasks include account opening, source deposits, Loans and third party products along with delivering superior customer service. The Retail Banker will also play a pivotal role in providing sound financial advice and promoting bank products to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively address customer needs and promote bank services
• Knowledge and experience in handling Deposits and retail banking products
• Ability to maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and handle multiple responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum one year experience in banking sector.
