- Adherence of Sales Process designed by Company
- Maintain SOD as per credit limit & Time.
- Carry - As on date Outstanding Statement of the Customer in every visit
- Develop and Build Relationship with Accounts Department of Customer to ensure collection is made as per Target.
- To Generate Qualified Sales Leads.
- To Meet Existing Customers on periodically to understand his NDP.
- Assigned Sales Lead by Sr. Manager to be followed-up
- Periodical Follow-up on Assigned Sales Lead for Developing Exports Business
- To Update Number of Field Working & No. of Calls.
- Coverage and call average as per guidelines
- Gathering Market Feedback about competition
- Development of New Territory, Market & Product
Measures of Success:
- Total revenue target achieved in year.
- GP target achievement.
- Collection done v/s no of days requirement.
- RFQ generation per month.
- No of new clients achieved and conversion rate.
