About Service Engineering team

Service Engineering team is an engineering arm that creates significant impact on the success of Managed Cloud Services LOB, responsible for designing, developing and building software solutions to effectively manage MCS customers. We also build new services to drive OCI consumption and works on enhancing customers experience. Service engineering constantly improves operations by conducting system analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures for MCS customers.

About The Job

As part of the Service Engineering team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Saas based Customer portal, tools, Cloud networks etc.

Roles & Responsibilities are to lead/collaborate cross teams across globe and design, develop software applications, collaboration with operations for debugging issue and roll out new releases. Role needs in-depth expertise in implementation and maintenance of Oracle Identity Manager solution, Oracle Service Bus, Java, micro services, php, Oracle Database, OCI.

Skill set and Clearance

• Design and develop custom connectors to integrate Oracle Identity Manager with various applications and systems.
• Create and configure OIM workflows, approval policies, and entitlements.
• Develop custom UI components for OIM self-service pages.
• Troubleshoot and resolving technical issues related to OIM implementation.
• Experience in complete cycle of OIM implementation including installation, configuration, and Implementation.
• Understanding of building workflows, OIM related objects, customisation to OIM user/admin screens.
• Developing connectors to integrate the existing directory server with OIM
• Experience in JDBC, well versed with API, Web Services and JNDI
• Experienced in Oracle Service Bus implementation
• Micro service design, development and Implementation
• Securing REST, micro services solution using
• WebLogic skills, including configuration, deployment, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience on Implementation of SOA composites, custom workflows and approval policies.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Back-end PL/SQL Development

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on OIM implementation
• 2+ years in scripting and automation.
• Total of 4+ years work experience in software life cycle management

• Ability to take work from defining scope to successful delivery of solutions.
• Working on implementing solutions public cloud services
• 2+Years of hands-on OSB Implementation
• 3+ Java / microservices experience

Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will

• Assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems.
• Involve in Design and Development of software development activities around identity governance platform.
• Investigate, debug production issue to support operations team to resolve product incidents
• Manage code life cycle - Maintaining code in git, build process, deployment of code to non prod environment
• Involve in testing cycles - Unit testing on Development environment, integration testing in SIT environment.
• Work on documentations - Design document, Deployment document, Test Plans.
