Job Responsibilities

· Equipment Operation & Monitoring:

Assist with the operation of plant equipment like pumps, blowers, and filtration systems, and monitor basic parameters as instructed by the operator.

· Maintenance & Cleaning:

Perform routine cleaning of plant areas and equipment, and assist with basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.

· Record Keeping:

Help maintain logbooks and daily operational records, documenting tasks performed and any observed issues.

· Sample Collection:

Assist with the collection of water and sewage samples for quality control and testing purposes.

· Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others.

· Troubleshooting Support:

Report operational issues and provide support to operators in resolving problems that arise during plant operations.

· General Support:

Assist with general tasks related to the plant's efficiency and cleanliness, such as transporting materials or tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Technical Skills: Ability to follow instructions, understand basic machinery, and perform physical tasks.

· Work Ethic: Diligent, hardworking, and strong work ethics are desired.

· Communication: Courteous communication with co-workers and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

· Safety Awareness: A strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures in a potentially hazardous environment.

· Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including potentially lifting heavy equipment.

Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
