Join our innovative engineering team to design the next generation of Cab Systems and Operator Stations for world-class construction and mobile equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Concept design and development of Cab systems and components

Create BOMs, CAD layouts, and production drawings (mechanism/assembly arrangements)

Prepare engineering documentation, change notices, and manage releases in company PLM

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors for seamless project execution

Support PCM, VA/VE, service issue resolution, prototype builds, and drawing releases

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in Cab Structure & Trim design for CE equipment or Automotive BIW & Trims

Proficiency in sheet metal & plastic part design, ensuring form, fit, and function

Exposure to assembly & manufacturing processes, quality standards, and prototype support

Knowledge of compliance, DVPSOR documentation, ergonomics, HVAC, structural & NVH analysis is an added plus

Technical Expertise:

CAD Tools: UG NX (preferred)

Design Techniques: DFMEA, DFM/DFA, Tolerance Stack-up, Space Claim Study, GD&T

Strong understanding of fabrication, plastics, and system integration

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
