About Position:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Data Architect to join our growing data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Python, Pyspark, AWS/Databricks, ETL.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Architect with 8 to 12years of experience in Database management, Data Migration, ETL pipeline processes, AWS Services, the ability to design and implement cloud native data architectures.
  • Strong experience in planning & executing transfer of data between different systems or platforms (SQL to PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud)
  • Designing , implementing & optimizing database systems including databases like MS SQL, Postgres, No SQL, AWS RDS, Redshift. This involves data modeling, performance tuning, security & backup/recovery strategies.
  • A deep understanding of AWS services relevant to Data Architecture, this encompasses compute services (EC2, Lambda), Storage services ( S3, EBS), database services (RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift), analytical services (Glue,Athena).
  • Designing, building and managing robust ETL processes to extract data from diverse sources , transform it into usable format & load it into target systems like data warehouse, data lakes etc.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience working with Data Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python/Pyspark
  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Databricks or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with ETL pipeline
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
