We are looking for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about business processes, technology, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs, configure Odoo modules, and support ERP implementation projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of experience in ERP systems or business process analysis (experience with Odoo is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of business workflows such as sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn Odoo ERP and grow into a senior functional consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.)
  • Gather and document business requirements from clients and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Participate in client workshops, process mapping, and solution design discussions.
  • Support system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to define customization needs and test developed features.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, manuals, and user guides.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshoot user issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
