Position Summary:The AI Evangelist at McDonald's will be a thought leader and advocate for AI adoption within the organization. This role involves championing AI initiatives, training teams, communicating the value of AI, and driving awareness across various departments. The AI Evangelist will help internal teams accelerate their journey towards leveraging AI .

You'll help lead the charge in making AI a preferred enabler for innovation, productivity and overall business growth. Who we're looking for:Primary Responsibilities:Work in close partnership with Planning and Alignment, enterprise AI governance and AI risk management team to drive AI adoption across the enterprise. Connect with stakeholders and audiences across Global Technology, Corporate functions, and country-based teams to educate, share, and learn about unmet GenAI/ML needs

Deliver effective communication for internal teams to educate and inspire on the vision of Everyday AI.Develop and deliver webinars and presentations at company forums on a variety of AI-related topics. Socialize the value of AI by demystifying reality from hype, translating new capabilities into practical enterprise use, while inspiring about the art of the possible. Support innovation, enablement, training, and upskilling initiatives of our internal teams.

Contribute towards the development of AI products and platforms. Gather feedback from our internal community of users, both developers and non-technical GenAI tool users. Promote and facilitate community connects

Contribute to McD AI exploration, support AI engineers and product delivery teams in championing improved technology.Represent McD at meetups and online events to inform people about AI footprint at McD. Skill:Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for diverse audiences

Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, with familiarity in GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and common enterprise AI use cases

Experience building and scaling internal enablement programs, including AI training, demos, webinars, or hands-on workshops

Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather feedback, align roadmaps, and inspire adoption

Adept at identifying and championing "art of the possible" AI opportunities while managing realistic expectations around feasibility and risk

Able to work with Senior Leadership to translate vision, into effective content for presentations.Able to facilitate group conversations
