Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Online Reputation & SEO Backlink Specialist to manage and enhance our brand's digital reputation and search engine presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective ORM strategies, creating quality backlinks, monitoring brand mentions, and improving website authority through ethical SEO practices. The candidate should also have expertise in monitoring social media, YouTube, and competitor activity to protect and strengthen the company's online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and improve the company's online reputation across search engines, review sites, and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Identify high-quality link-building opportunities through guest posting, influencer outreach, and partnerships.
• Conduct regular audits of backlinks and disavow spammy or toxic links.
• Track keyword rankings, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for better visibility.
• Handle online reviews and feedback professionally, ensuring positive brand perception.
• Coordinate with content and social media teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Analyze competitors' backlink profiles and ORM strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ORM and SEO performance metrics.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of YouTube links, including identifying, monitoring, and removing content that may negatively impact the company's reputation.
• Possess expertise in Facebook links, including tracking, analyzing, and managing content or mentions relevant to the company.
• Regularly monitor competitors' websites and online presence for any complaints or negative mentions against the company, assess their impact on brand reputation, and take proactive steps to address and improve it.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
