Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a Leading Stationery Manufacturing Company, looking for Maintainence Engineer, for their Factory @ Medchal, Hyderabad.
Maintainence Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Looking for an highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical engineering knowledge. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure while leading a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily maintenance activities across electrical and mechanical systems
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors when necessary
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance (minimum 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and mechanical components
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices
Qualifications
Certified/Qualified Electrician (License or Certification required)
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience 3 to 7 Year's
