We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be client-friendly, and handle office correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Salary: up to 22000 based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, filing, and documentation.
- Handle client calls, emails, and front-office communication with courtesy and professionalism.
- Draft and respond to business emails in clear and correct English.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and inventories.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative duties.
- Manage office supplies and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.
- Assist visitors and provide necessary information or direction.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good email etiquette and professional writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration / Management or related field.
- Prior experience in office support or administration is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹27,656.02 per month
