Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who can manage client interactions, coordinate site visits, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide exceptional service throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound client queries related to ongoing PROPKARMAA projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits.
Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in the CRM system.
Assist clients throughout booking, documentation, and post-sales processes.
Build strong relationships to generate referrals and repeat clients.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up ability and customer-handling skills.
Good understanding of real estate projects, market trends, and customer expectations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Pleasant personality and customer-first approach.
Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
