Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tiles Foreman to supervise all tiling activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality installation of floor and wall tiles, manage work crews, and maintain project schedules while upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of tile installation, leveling, cutting, grouting, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and finishing specifications
• Proven experience supervising tiling teams
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of tile workers
• Ensure accurate layout, cutting, and installation of tiles
• Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets project standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper handling and storage
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project timelines
• Enforce safety protocols and report any issues
