HKKR Finserv at Chandigarh is hiring for IT Executive role.

Experience - 1+ Year

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day IT operations including system installations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining networks, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, proactive, and able to provide quick and effective IT support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks and ensure internet connectivity.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Handle setup and maintenance of email accounts, user access, and credentials.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical queries from staff.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and update records regularly.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, and maintenance.
  • Support in software installations, updates, and license management.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practices.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of antivirus management and system security.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
