Introduction

We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires an advanced-level professional with the vision and expertise to define and build a brand's visual identity from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive design knowledge, exceptional creative capability, and the ability to translate strategic direction into a distinctive and enduring brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience
    in graphic design, with senior-level expertise
  • Proven ability to develop complete brand systems and visual identities
  • Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and related platforms)
  • Strong conceptual thinking, creative direction, and advanced execution skills
  • Deep understanding of colour theory, composition, and design trends
  • Experience in delivering design solutions across multimedia platforms
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing advanced-level work and brand-building capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and evolution of complete brand identities, from concept to execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Provide creative leadership and ensure the highest standards of design delivery
  • Anticipate industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into design solutions
  • Uphold a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every aspect of visual design
  • Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with project and brand guidelines
