Performance Test Engineer

Position:
 Performance Test Engineer

Experience:
 3+ Years

Budget:
 9–14 LPA

Preferred Location:
 Pune (Priority) > Bangalore

Interview Process:

  • 1st Round: Technical (Focus on JMeter, performance testing concepts, monitoring tools, comms, DevOps tools – concepts)
  • 2nd Round: Client interview (Deep dive on JMeter and related concepts)

Key Skills / Mandates:

  • Strong hands-on experience in 
    Performance Testing & JMeter
     (not looking for managerial/lead profiles).
  • Expertise in developing complex JMeter scripts, creating scenarios, test execution & analysis.
  • Utilize JMeter plugins, Beanshell & JSR223 scripting for advanced functionality.
  • Design & implement performance testing strategies.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of Unix, SQL, Splunk, Git, Jenkins, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud application platforms.
  • Familiarity with Jira & Confluence.
  • Exposure to application monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).

 
Note:
 Excellent communication skills are mandatory as the final round will be with an Australian panel
