Job Summary

: We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about storytelling and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience

: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing dynamics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Communication

: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and visual identity
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment
  • Optimize SEO/SEM, paid media, and CRM efforts
  • Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
