Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infrastructure Analyst at Five-Star Business Finance Limited, located in Nalgonda. The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting infrastructure issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with other technical staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure
• Strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills
• Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of the latest IT infrastructure technologies and trends
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
