Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar(RR Nagar). The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing room reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and contributing to sales efforts.

• Strong Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Sales skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in relevant reservation and booking software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
