Role Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, and promoting sports, fitness, and wellness activities on campus. The role includes coaching students, managing sports facilities, and preparing University teams for inter- and intra-university tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct coaching sessions and fitness programs.
  • Train and mentor student teams for competitions.
  • Organize sports events, tournaments, and annual sports meets.
  • Manage and maintain sports facilities and equipment.
  • Promote participation, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) or equivalent.
  • 35 years of coaching/teaching experience (preferably in academics).
  • Coaching certifications (SAI / National Federations) preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one major sport.
  • Strong organizational and mentoring skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
