About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Lead who brings together the worlds of graphic design and motion design to craft impactful brand experiences. You'll be responsible for leading visual design projects—ranging from static marketing assets to short-form motion graphics. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who is creatively versatile, detail-oriented, and aligned with modern design trends.

Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling assets for digital platforms—social media, ads, presentations, internal communications, and more.
  • Own and execute motion design tasks such as animated graphics, social reels, or visual explainers (basic to intermediate level).
  • Translate marketing and campaign briefs into creative visual concepts that drive engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all content formats, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams for timely delivery of design assets.
  • Optimize designs for multiple formats and devices (print, web, mobile).

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Tools:
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (essential)
  • CorelDraw (print layouts, brochures)
  • Canva (fast-turnaround template designs)
  • Motion Design Tools:
  • Premiere Pro and After Effects (basic to intermediate level)
  • Collaboration Tools:
  • Figma (preferred) for team reviews and UI mockups

Bonus Skills

  • UI/UX basics and ability to design simple UI layouts
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and how design supports conversion
  • Ability to adapt brand guidelines creatively across new formats
  • Familiarity with trends in digital and social video content
  • Background in event management would be highly appreciated
