Role Overview

As a Housekeeper at Paradisa Nature Resort, you will play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. You will ensure that cottages, common areas, and facilities reflect the natural beauty and quality the resort is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, cottages, bathrooms, and public areas

Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities

Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of rooms

Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly

Handle laundry tasks (washing, drying, ironing) as required

Follow resort cleaning standards and checklists

Maintain cleanliness in outdoor spaces surrounding guest areas

Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are handled safely

Provide friendly and respectful service to guests

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred (resort/hotel experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks and lifting up to 20–30 lbs

Good time-management and organizational skills

Punctual, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction

Ability to understand basic instructions in English or Malayalam
