As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications supporting the transition from On-Perm to cloud-based workforce system. You will work across the full stack using .NET and ReactJS to modernize integrations, interfaces, and data workflows while adhering to MWoW principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using .NET (C#, VB) and ReactJS.
  • Modernize legacy on-prem components for compatibility with cloud-based UKG Pro architecture.
  • Develop APIs, web services, and reusable components following secure coding practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between front-end, back-end, and data layers.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation in Confluence and track work progress in JIRA.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews following MWoW practices.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement

  • Strong experience in .NET (C#, VB) development with hands-on in ReactJS.
  • Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Authentication/OIDC, and web security standards.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.
  • Familiarity with Apigee, JIRA, and Confluence for agile project execution.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Google BigQuery (BQ) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience using Liquibase, Gemini Code Assist, or similar automation tools.
