1.Preparation of Installation Plan (day wise) as per project before leaving for site

2.Collection of site Drawing and Packing List from Design Team before leaving for Site

3.Studying the drawing before initiating installation.

4.Strictly Adhering to Installation SOP

5.Sending Daily Installation Updates and DSR

6.Indentify and report and deviation at site (pool / tower / foundation) before starting of Installation.

7.To physically verify all material at site with reference to the packing list and report any Shortage/Damage/Extra material/wrong supply)

8.To ensure all material is stored safely at site.

9.To Strictly adhere to installation Plan and any changes to slides/ structures should be done only with approval from design team.

10.To ensure that installation is done strictly as per designs.

11.To submit site expenses on a weekly basis to accounts

12.To ensure installation is done in the shortest time possible

13.To return to factory any extra material lying at site.

14.Trials of slides should be conducted as per the SOP

15.Safety and Hygiene to be maintained during installation and Trials.

17.Report and Update any complaints at site in the CAPA file

18.Any purchases at site should be done with prior permission from the HO
