Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring ad performance, conducting data-driven analysis, optimizing budgets, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). The specialist will also collaborate with content teams to align messaging and visuals, conduct A/B testing, and identify growth opportunities for improved campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Digital Advertising, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns, and Social Media Advertising
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Budget Optimization
  • Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Retargeting Campaigns
  • Strong skills in A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Funnel Optimization
  • Knowledge of marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Understanding of Generative AI advertising tools is a plus
