Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain daily site reports (work progress, manpower, materials used).
  • Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills/BOQs.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and report challenges to management.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/AutoCAD preferred.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
