MEP TECHNICIAN

Should have Experience in Building Operation & Maintenance Projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components.

· Understanding of MEP codes, regulations, and safety standards.

· Experience in MEP maintenance or repair work.

· Familiarity with MEP equipment and tools.

· Basic knowledge of blueprints or technical drawings.

· Ability to interpret and follow MEP design specifications.

· Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

· Physical fitness and ability to work in various settings and conditions.
