  • Design Development:Creating detailed designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Project Management:Overseeing the project from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and vendors.
  • Coordination:Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  • Adherence to Standards:Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills Required:

  • Creativity and Visual Acuity: Ability to conceptualize and visualize design ideas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of design software, construction techniques, and building codes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
