We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Marketing Executive to join our HR/Recruitment consultancy team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of sales strategies, and a proactive attitude to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell recruitment and HR services to businesses and potential clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and service offerings.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to the manager.

  • Participate in promotional events, job fairs, and client meetings as needed.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Tamil & English preferred).

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and handle client objections confidently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
