Job Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and managing construction activities at the housing project site as part of the PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project specifications.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Graduate Engineer / Diploma Engineer in Civil or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project supervision (preferably industrial or large-scale housing projects with reputed organizations).

  • Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven capability in independently handling construction projects.

  • Proficiency in MS Project and project monitoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety practices, and quality control.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Compensation

  • Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with candidates abilities and past experience.
