Job Purpose:

To ensure safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by maintaining vigilance, enforcing security protocols, and preventing unauthorized access or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials at the gate.
  • Conduct physical checks and maintain proper logbooks/registers for visitors, vehicles, and material movement.
  • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarms, and other security equipment.
  • Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, fire hazards, or any suspicious activity.
  • Report and respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents promptly.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain discipline, order, and decorum at the premises.
  • Support during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical situations by following safety protocols.
  • Check employees and workers at the time of exit to avoid theft or unauthorized material movement.
  • Coordinate with police or external security agencies if required.
  • Prepare daily security reports and submit to the Security Supervisor/Admin Head.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
  • Prior experience as a Security Guard in manufacturing/industrial setup preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic security & safety practices.
  • Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
  • Good communication and observation skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Shift duties including night shifts and weekends as per company schedule.
  • Stationed at gate, control room, or patrolling as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
