We're looking for an experienced US Accountant with a strong background in QuickBooks and US accounting practices. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and credit bills.
  • Handle Accounts Payable, expense management, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with US payroll regulations.
  • Maintain general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing activities.
  • Prepare and file US tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Generate accurate financial reports for management.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Work on QuickBooks (mandatory) for daily accounting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in US Accounting.
  • Strong expertise in QuickBooks (must-have).
  • Hands-on experience in AR, AP, payroll, expense management, balance sheets, and tax filings.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Willingness to shift from Second shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST).
  • Strictly Work from Office, Hyderabad. (Applicants looking for hybrid/WFH kindly do not apply.)
