Role Overview:
We are hiring for the Motor Dealership – OEM Channel, where the primary responsibility is to tie up with automobile dealers and sell motor insurance through them. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling dealer networks and driving business through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers (OEMs).
Drive motor insurance business through dealer tie-ups.
Coordinate with dealers for lead generation and policy conversion.
Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and performance tracking of dealer partners.
Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned locations.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory norms.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Motor Insurance / Dealership Channel / OEM tie-ups.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Good understanding of the motor insurance process and dealership ecosystem.
Preferably from the General Insurance or Broking industry.
