Key Responsibilities

  • Promote dermatology products to Dermatologists, Physicians, and Skincare Clinics.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular doctor visits, product detailing, and prescription generation.
  • Plan and execute CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure daily reporting through the company app with proper tagging.
  • Coordinate with stockiest and distributors to ensure product availability.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dermatology / Pharma Sales segment.
  • Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Freshers not eligible only trained and experienced Medical Representatives
