Job Title: Resale & Rental Head

Job Description:

The Resale & Rental Head is responsible for overseeing all activities related to property resale and rental operations. This includes managing client relations, developing business strategies, ensuring high occupancy and sales conversion, and leading the leasing and resale team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the resale and rental team.
• Develop strategies to increase rental occupancy and resale transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers.
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, and documentation for rental and resale deals.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation and brand promotion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
